THE PROBLEM
NORDIC CATTLE DAIRY MILK
There are a variety of management programs on farms. There is no uniformity when exporting data to each Dairy Control Association. There is a variety of measurement parameters at the source and a diversity of information processing treatments at the destination.
THE SOLUTION
We have developed a solution that collects all the data at the source (regardless of the treatment system) and sends it to each Dairy Control Entity. From each Dairy Control Entity, the data is sent to the Central Confederation, regardless of the treatment system of each Dairy Control Entity (SQL Server, Oracle, IBM AS/400…).

SYSTEM INDICATORS
All critical points of the system are monitored to effectively track the overall process. Management parameters of the ISO 9001 standard are followed, as well as certain references from the EFQM model that drive us towards continuous improvement.
